2010 – Iki-shi, Nagasaki-ken, Japan, Earth


I'm pretty much a genius.  True story.Even though I have a cold right now, I’ve been in a baking/cooking mood.  (Helped by my attempts to save money for my Japan/China trip in July-August.)  So I busted out the Christmas Cookie Recipe list and made Ginger-Cranberry shortbread.  The dried cranberries were bought from the Flying Pig–Costco online–and the crystallized ginger was brought back from America.  Yes, I’m that dedicated.  Except now I’ve used all of my crystallized ginger…
