2010 – Iki-shi, Nagasaki-ken, Japan, Earth

They all kind-of look like the same person, don't they? It’s September!  WOAH!  That happened so fast.

September means that school is back in session–second term has officially begun.  And in Japan that means a ceremony and speech, because it’s really important to always have ceremonies and speeches.  Here we have a photo of the principal at my largest school bequeathing unto these middle schoolers some sort of wisdom that I totally didn’t listen to because it’s all in Japanese, and really, my Japanese is ooookaaaay-ish, but not good enough for that speech.

I also just tend to space out on speeches that don’t pertain to me directly.  So yeah.  Didn’t teach any classes that day.  Nor the following.  Students are testing.
