2010 – Iki-shi, Nagasaki-ken, Japan, Earth


I love creme de menthe plus baileys.  Genius.Despite my terrific cold of doom, I ganbarimasu’d my way through making a batch of grasshopper bars.  (Brownies topped with a creme de menthe/baileys frosting.)  Done via intense hand washing and running into another room whenever I had to cough.

They are friggin’ amazing, in case you were wondering.  One of the best batches I’ve ever made.  And I’ve made a lot.
