2010 – Iki-shi, Nagasaki-ken, Japan, Earth

ABC Challenge

F is for Floodlights.February 2010

The ABC challenge was a successful attempt to take a picture every day of a different something or other representing a letter of the alphabet… in alphabetical order.  I was particularly concerned with “Q” and “X,” though it turns out only the latter was a problem.  I took a lot of pictures of my friends on Iki–nearly turned into odes to them.  But I think the photos will be an excellent way to remember the people that made this place so great, and not just the scenery.

Viewable via the ABC Challenge tag below, or here (<– clickable!).

My favorites (from a technical standpoint, not the ones that mean the most to me, although strangely, several of those do coincide):

I think that implies that I take better pictures of people than things, since only 02-20 is a photo of scenery.  The rest are all people.  Maybe that means I should practice taking more pictures of scenery.
